Need to make a return?
If you're not satisfied with your Bedlite order in any way, our team will gladly help to make things right. Just contact us at customerservice@bedelite.com to apply for a refund. However, please see below for more information on our return policy.
How long do I have to return an item?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between October 19 and December 31, 2026, are eligible for return within 90 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unwashed, and unused condition.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
- Quality-related issues (incorrect, defective, or damaged items): We cover the return shipping cost.
- Non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind, not as expected): A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@bedelite.com. We’ll guide you through the process.
When will I get my refund?
We initiate your refund immediately upon the approval of your request to refund. You will typically receive your refund within 8-10 business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card issuing company and your bank, as they often take additional times to process refunds.

Are there items I cannot return?
Yes, gift cards, items marked as final sale/flash sale, and set items (cannot be refunded individually) are not eligible for return.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is produced or shipped. You will get a full refund when your order is canceled. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
A Few Things to Note:
- All returned products must be unwashed in original condition with product tags attached.
- Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
- Gift cards and items marked as flash sales, final sales & special sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.
- Sets cannot be refunded individually.
- Please note if you made a purchase with a combination of a coupon and regular form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable. Coupons usually cannot be recovered, but always feel free to contact our customer care team for more detailed information about each kind of coupon
Our customer care team will notify you of the decision of your request to refund by e-mail. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two business days.

How long does delivery take?
Your order is typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to The U.S. only.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
No, Bedelite provides free shipping for all orders.
How will my delivery be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Bedelite products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on the way.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, our products are not always sent together because different shipping options are sometimes used, depending on the product and the availability thereof.You will receive a shipment notification email when the product is shipped.
What do I do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
