What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to The U.S. only.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

Bedelite provides free shipping on all orders $20+, $4.99 shipping on orders under $20.

How will my delivery be shipped?

US Local Stock | Ship Out Within 48hrs from USA Warehouse. We typically deliver orders within 3-5 business days and currently ship only to the U.S.  Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Bedelite products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. While we aim to deliver all items together, they may arrive separately. If you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer support at customerservice@bedelite.com.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on the way.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, our products are not always sent together because different shipping options are sometimes used, depending on the product and the availability thereof.You will receive a shipment notification email when the product is shipped.

What do I do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
